How to fill in and upload the power of attorney

1Download the power of attorney template. Click the button below (PDF). Our details are already filled in.
2Fill in your details. Full name, CNP (personal numeric code), ID series and number, home address, the company name and CUI, and the changes you want.
3Sign and date it. Sign every page in pen (preferably blue) and write the date. It must be signed by the company's director or legal representative.
4Photograph or scan it. All pages, complete and sharp, with no shadows or glare. PDF, JPG or PNG accepted.
5Upload the power of attorney here. Click “Upload power of attorney”. We check the document and let you know by email or WhatsApp if it needs to be redone.

If the Trade Register requires the power of attorney to be notarised or signed with a qualified electronic signature, we will let you know before filing; in that case, take the same template to a notary. Download the power of attorney template for changes (PDF)

3. Contract and GDPR
