How to fill in and upload the power of attorney

1Download the power of attorney template. Click the button below (PDF). Our details are already filled in.
2Fill in your details. Full name, CNP (personal numeric code), ID series and number, home address and the proposed company names.
3Sign and date it. Sign every page in pen (preferably blue) and write the date. {{signHint}}
4Photograph or scan it. All pages, complete and sharp, with no shadows or glare. PDF, JPG or PNG accepted.
5Upload the power of attorney here. Click “Upload power of attorney”. We check the document and let you know by email or WhatsApp if it needs to be redone.

If the Trade Register requires the power of attorney to be notarised or signed with a qualified electronic signature, we will let you know before filing; in that case, take the same template to a notary.

4. Contract and GDPR

Service agreement — company formation and changes (summary)
Provider: Gaminvest Business Services SRL, CUI 34180496, not VAT-registered.
What we do: we check and reserve the name, draft the documents, file with ONRC and send you the certificate electronically.
Not included: ONRC fees and other state fees, notary fees, share capital, registered office contract, qualified electronic signature.
Power of attorney: you download the template, sign it and upload it. If ONRC requires it to be notarised, we will tell you in advance.
Payment: based on the proforma invoice, before the file is submitted. We file within 3 working days of receiving the documents, the power of attorney and payment.
Cancellation: you may cancel at any time before filing; as a consumer, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (OUG 34/2014).
Disputes: settled amicably; consumers may contact ANPC (SAL).

Frequently asked questions
How long does company formation take?

Accepted Answer

We file within 3 working days of receiving the documents, the signed power of attorney and payment. The Trade Register's processing time is outside our control, but we keep you updated at every step by email and WhatsApp.

What fees do I pay to ONRC?

Accepted Answer

Registration has been exempt from fees since 2017, and in 2025 a draft law to reintroduce some fees was put up for public consultation. You will see the exact amount in force listed separately on the proforma invoice, before you pay.

SRL or PFA: which suits me?

Question 4

What share capital does an SRL need?

Accepted Answer

For newly formed SRLs, a minimum of 500 lei (Law 239/2025). If the company later exceeds a net turnover of 400,000 lei, the minimum capital becomes 5,000 lei.

Can I use my home as the registered office?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you have a document proving your right to use the premises: a title deed, a lease agreement or a loan-for-use agreement (contract de comodat). We will tell you in good time if your case requires any other documents.
