1. Terms and conditions
Who we are
The gaminvestonline.ro website is used by two companies: GAMINVEST EXCONT SRL (CUI RO41430951, a CECCAR member), which provides the accounting services, and GAMINVEST BUSINESS SERVICES SRL (CUI 34180496), which provides company formation and company changes. Both have their registered office in Oradea, str. Oneștilor nr. 29, sc. A, et. P, ap. 2-6, jud. Bihor.
How to order a service
You fill in the online form, accept the contract for the service and the privacy policy, and then receive the contract and the proforma invoice by e-mail. The contract is concluded on the date of online acceptance; the portal records the date, time and IP address.
Prices and payment
Prices are in lei. Accounting services are invoiced with 21% VAT. Company formation and company changes services are invoiced without VAT, as the provider is not registered for VAT. Fees owed to the state (ONRC and others) are paid separately, at their actual amount. Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of the proforma invoice; card payment will be available at a later date.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in accordance with OUG no. 34/2014. If you ask for the service to begin before the withdrawal period expires, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Access to the portal is protected by a verification code sent by e-mail. Let us know immediately if you suspect that someone has used your account.
Intellectual property
The texts, graphics and logos on the website belong to Gaminvest. You may quote them, provided you state the source and link to the original page.
Disputes
Romanian law applies. Disagreements are first settled amicably, through the contact addresses below. Consumers may also contact ANPC (section 8).
2. Privacy policy (GDPR)
Who processes the data. The gaminvestonline.ro website and portal are used by two separate controllers:
- GAMINVEST EXCONT SRL (CUI RO41430951, Oradea, str. Oneștilor nr. 29, sc. A, et. P, ap. 2-6) for accounting services;
- GAMINVEST BUSINESS SERVICES SRL (CUI 34180496, Oradea, str. Oneștilor nr. 29, sc. A, et. P, ap. 2-6) for company formation and company changes.
Contact for personal data matters: contabilitate@gaminvestonline.ro (Gaminvest Excont SRL) and infiintari@gaminvestonline.ro (Gaminvest Business Services SRL).
What data we process. Name, contact details, identity document details and personal identification number (CNP) (for company formation, company changes and SPV), company details, uploaded accounting documents, portal messages, login data and the activity log (date, time, IP address).

Data of clients’ employees and business partners. For the data contained in the client’s accounting and payroll documents, Gaminvest Excont SRL acts as the client’s processor (Art. 28 GDPR) and processes such data solely for the purposes of the contract.
Who we share data with. With the authorities, where required by law (ANAF, ONRC, ITM); with the hosting provider Hostico (servers in Romania/EU), as processor; and between the two companies, only if the client requests both services. We do not sell data and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Security. Encrypted connection (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, authentication with a code sent by e-mail, documents stored outside the public area of the website, access restricted to the client company and its assigned accountant, daily backups.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to contabilitate@gaminvestonline.ro or infiintari@gaminvestonline.ro and are answered within one month at most. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
Cookies. The portal uses only one session cookie, which is necessary for authentication. If statistics are added (for example Google Analytics), they will only be activated after you give your consent in the cookie banner.

The contract between you, as the client, and Gaminvest Excont SRL. In short: bookkeeping and tax returns filed electronically, monthly trial balance and annual financial statements, payroll if your package includes it; monthly subscription + 21% VAT; indefinite term, 30 days’ notice.

The contract with Gaminvest Business Services SRL for SRL formation, PFA registration and changes at the Trade Register (ONRC). In short: we prepare and file the application with ONRC; state fees are paid separately; payment is made on the basis of the proforma invoice, before filing; the provider is not registered for VAT.

The power of attorney allows us to file the application with the Trade Register on your behalf. Gaminvest Business Services’ details are already filled in. For an SRL, each shareholder and each director signs their own power of attorney.
- Download the template as a PDF and print it.
- Fill in your details on the dotted lines: name, CNP, identity document, address
- Sign it in pen (preferably blue) and write the date.
- Photograph or scan all the pages, making sure they are clear and complete.
- Upload the power of attorney in the form on the website, at the “Documents” step.
7. Power of attorney template — company changes
It is signed by the company’s director or legal representative. In the power of attorney, write the changes you selected in the form.
- Download the template as a PDF and print it.
- Fill in your details on the dotted lines: name, CNP, identity document, address
- Sign it in pen (preferably blue) and write the date.
- Photograph or scan all the pages, making sure they are clear and complete.
- Upload the power of attorney in the form on the website, at the “Documents” step.
8. Consumer protection (ANPC)
If you are a consumer and we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or an ADR – alternative dispute resolution (SAL) body.
