Online accounting services agreement (summary) Provider: Gaminvest Excont SRL, CUI RO41430951, VAT-registered, CECCAR member (series A no. 0014621). What we do: financial accounting, tax returns filed electronically (D100, D112, D300, D390, D394, D101), monthly trial balance, annual financial statements, payroll if your package includes it, reports in the portal. 100% online: we are not physically present at inspections and do not submit paper documents to the authorities; we provide everything required electronically. Your obligations: upload the month's documents by the 5th of the following month, keep the originals and authorise us in SPV. Price: the fee for the chosen package + 21% VAT, invoiced monthly; documents above the package allowance are invoiced separately. Term: indefinite, with 30 days' notice of termination.

Important: the service is 100% online In the event of an inspection (ANAF, ITM or other authorities), Gaminvest Excont is not physically present at the company's premises and does not attend the inspection. We do not deliver or submit paper documents to the competent authorities. We prepare the requested statements and documents online, and the client (or their representative) presents them to the authorities. We file tax returns electronically (SPV / e-guvernare), as set out in the contract.
